Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VowRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VowRadar provides advisory growth intelligence tools for Etsy wedding sellers. The Service includes keyword research, listing audits, competitor analysis, seasonal planning, and AI-powered suggestions. VowRadar does not automatically edit Etsy listings — all suggestions and recommendations are provided for manual seller review and implementation.

3. Suggestions Only

VowRadar provides AI-generated and rule-based recommendations for informational purposes only. Sellers remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and manually applying any changes to their Etsy listings. VowRadar does not make any changes to your Etsy shop, listings, or account on your behalf.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Billing & Payments

Access to premium features is sold through Stripe as one-time 30-day, 90-day, or 365-day payments. There are no recurring charges, and access lasts until the purchased end date unless refunded. All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice to existing subscribers before their current term expires.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, please contact our support team. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VowRadar to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data from Etsy in violation of their Terms of Service
• Bypass Etsy APIs or use proxy-based data collection methods
• Violate any marketplace rules, regulations, or policies
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any system or network connected to the Service
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage limits

8. Etsy API Compliance

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

VowRadar uses the Etsy API in accordance with Etsy's API Terms of Use. We only access data that you have explicitly authorized through the OAuth connection process. We do not store your Etsy credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VowRadar and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

10. Data & Privacy

We take your data privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

VowRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, or any content obtained from the Service.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. VowRadar makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VowRadar does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
