VowRadar stores account, billing, Etsy OAuth connection, shop, listing, order, review, recommendation, report, and audit data needed to provide the service. We only access data that you have explicitly authorized through the Etsy OAuth connection process.

2. Data Use

Authorized Etsy data is used to generate listing scores, revenue leak analysis, keyword suggestions, bundle ideas, seasonal recommendations, and cached dashboard reports. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Security

Secrets are stored in environment variables, Etsy tokens are encrypted at rest, and sensitive backend operations run through the Cloudflare Worker API. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Cached Etsy data is refreshed on a regular sync schedule and older snapshots are pruned after 90 days.

5. Deletion

Users can request account deletion and data deletion from settings. Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Audit logs may be retained where legally or operationally required.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

We use Stripe for payment processing and Cloudflare for infrastructure. These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they process.
